This programme aims to support Malaysian innovative companies to expand their business to Japan by learning about Japanese market and solutions to Japanize their business model for a success in Japan and business matching.

① Understanding the Japanese Market
② Business in Japan（business model, field of competition, market & target, acquiring customers, etc.）
③ Presentation skills to appeal the business to investors/other companies.
④ Finding opportunities with potential collaboration company/investing company.

２）Immersion Session／July 19th ～ August 5th (Online)
An interacting online session for mentoring and business matching opportunities.

Workshop to refine and work on a market-fit strategy
４）Validation Session／August 29th ～ September 2nd Both Online/Offline event.
